Westbrook Systems is the portion of the company run by Archie Vermeer. Located off the south service service road in Beamsville, Ontario, Systems is one of the largest suppliers to the industry for greenhouse structures, benches, heating, doors and material handling systems. At its location in Beamsville, Systems runs to manufacture these greenhouse systems. Founded in 1980, Systems has become a large manufacturing site and has even moved warehouses in order to allow room for the expanding production needs.
Systems uses many different types of machinery to produce greenhouse parts. The most recent piece of equipment acquired is called the laser tube cutter. This machine is a very powerful laser that cuts right through steel in order to produce a clean cut onto tubes and piping, and is a very specialized piece of equipment that many of our customers don't find elsewhere among competitors.
